Home Deliveries
Furniture Clearance Centre offers FREE delivery on all orders over £500. For orders under £500 we have a standard delivery charge of £25 to around 95% of UK Mainland. For delivery to remote/outlying areas including some of the Scottish Highland and Islands please contact us for further information.
Once you have placed your order on Furniture Clearance Centre a member of our team will be in contact to let you know when your goods are ready for delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date.
The day before your delivery is due to be made we will contact you again as a courtesy reminder, at this point we will advise of a 3 hour delivery window for the following day.
On the day of delivery our delivery crew will call ahead when they are approximately one hour away from your home.
Where possible we will arrange to deliver all stock items within 10 days for Scotland , and within 14 days for England.
Some items bought from Furniture Clearance Centre are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer you will be advised of this from our sales team and be contacted by the manufacturer to arrange delivery.
Please make sure all access points are clear of obstacles. You should also ensure there is someone in your property to receive and sign for the furniture.

Delivery Areas
Furniture Clearance Centre will deliver items purchased from this website throughout mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland. If you live in a remote area of the country please contact us for delivery details.
All our deliveries are carried out to the highest levels of service. Placing furniture in your room of choice and where applicable our delivery teams will endeavour to carry out basic construction (i.e. Fix legs on to dining tables).

Delivery
Delivery of the products shall be made by the Seller or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at the Sellers premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed.
The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.
In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
For delivery to the Scottish Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
There is a standard charge per delivery for all orders delivered to an address in mainland UK. Delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods.

Returns
If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason he may, within seven days of delivery, contact the Seller’s customer service department to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods himself to the Furniture Clearance Centre at his own cost or he may ask the Seller to collect the goods in which case he will be charged a collection fee of £45 which will be deducted from his refund. Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Please note that for selected items made to order furniture there is a 30% cancellation/returns fee unless the order is cancelled within 7 days of placement. Such items are clearly marked.

Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and divan beds can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, Mattress toppers, pillows and divan beds which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress, pillow and/or bed please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
