| Before you select a product to buy online an indication of the current lead time for delivery will be displayed on the product page. Please be aware that this information can change on a daily basis. The Furniture Clearance Centre cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as we become aware of any changes from the time original given when you received confirmation of your order. | 3. How do I order from furnitureclearancecentre.co.uk? |
We have endeavoured to make your ordering experience as straight forward as possible when placing an order on the Furniture Clearance Centre Website.
When browsing through our website simply click the ‘add to basket’ button on any product you wish to buy (making sure that you have selected the desired options such as 4 or 6 chairs, where appropriate). Items are added to your shopping basket individually and quantities can be change with the shopping basket.
Once you are happy with your selection you then proceed to the checkout section where as a new customer you will be asked to provide some simple contact and delivery information. If you miss out any information an error message will appear asking you to correct your information before proceeding. (Existing customers can simply log in with details provided during your first order)
Once you have complete your personal detail you will be taken to our confirmation page where you can check over your order and add any additional comment or instruction before proceeding to the payment pages.
Our Card payment service is provided by SagePay(a World leader in secure online payments).
Once you have completed your payment details you will be directed back to our order completion page.
You will immediately receive an email confirm your order to the email address you supplied in the above process.

| 4. Will I receive confirmation of my order? |
| Once your online order has been placed you will immediately receive an email confirming your order. This will be followed up within 2 working days with a second email confirmation from our Furniture Clearance Centre Sales team. This second email will confirm delivery timescales and answer any additional questions you included with your order. |

| 5. Can I change my order? |
If you want to make any changes to your order, e-mail us or telephone 0141 300 7444 for further assistance. We will do our best to help. Early alterations within a few days of your initial order aren’t usually a problem. However, some of our goods are made to order and once the goods are in production with the manufacturer we are bound to accept them, so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. Please note that when products within the same range are ordered at different times we cannot guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches. Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted. |

| 8. What do I do if my order is late? |
| When you buy our furniture online each product will have an estimated lead time for delivery. As a company the Furniture Clearance centre will always endeavour to meet to delivery guides and in most case deliver before the estimated lead times, however from time to time there are issues in the manufacturing process and/or logistics issues which are beyond our control. In such cases we will inform you as soon as we are made aware of any possible delays to your goods. Please note that if you order various items at the same time we would look to deliver these items together and as such the longest lead time should be the expected delivery time. | 9. Where do you deliver? |
We currently offer delivery throughout the UK mainland on a weekly basis, however with outlying and remote areas we cannot guarantee that we will always deliver within the time quoted. Some extremely remote areas of the UK are very difficult for us to reach and as such an additional delivery charge may have to be levied to ensure we can deliver. If your delivery address falls into this category we will contact you as quickly as possible to advise of any additional delivery charges and at that point we will liaise with you to find a suitable solution to the delivery issue.

| 10. Will you assemble my furniture? |
Much of the furniture available on the Furniture Clearance Centre will arrive pre-assembled. There may be case when our delivery teams will do some basic assembly on site, such as bolting on table legs and/or sofa feet.
Some of the Furniture available on our site will also ship as flat pack and will require home assembly by you. These items are clearly marked on the product pages.
In addition some items bought from Furniture Clearance Centre are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer you will be advised of this from our sales team and be contacted by the manufacturer to arrange delivery. |

| 12. What happens if I am out when you deliver? |
As all deliveries need to be signed for, we will be unable to leave your furniture and it will be returned to the distribution centre. Someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. Please note: There may be an charge levied if you are not at home to receive the goods after delivery as been pre-arranged.
